Delivery

Returns

  • You can return standard products within 30 days for a refund or replacement, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. This does not apply to custom-made or third-party products.
  • If your order is damaged, faulty, or incomplete, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be pre-approved by us before being sent back.
