Delivery

  • You can collect your order from our premises once it’s ready, or we can deliver it to your address, as you choose at checkout.
  • ⁠If we are delivering to you, please ensure that delivery can take place as agreed. Any additional costs due to failed delivery will be your responsibility.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • ⁠We may deliver your order in multiple shipments.

Returns

  • You can return standard products within 30 days for a refund or replacement, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. This does not apply to custom-made or third-party products.
  • If your order is damaged, faulty, or incomplete, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be pre-approved by us before being sent back.

Out of Stock & Custom Items

  • ⁠You can still order out-of-stock items. Your delivery will be scheduled based on when the item becomes available.
